I would like to know if i can buy some parts for my first one as well so i have 3 of them and more clean water The part that i need is the seal rim next to the spout Please contact me and let me know

Breaks easy, expensive replacement parts

The plastic holder broke, the rubber seal snapped, and the glass is a tiny bit more plastic than advertised.

I was truly heartened to find a filter pitcher in glass. The water tastes fresh, and the pitcher design is modern and table worthy. It is easy to fill, and I especially like the silicone bottom cover, making for a "soft landing" instead of a clatter.

Carafe too tall for fridge shelf

I love my new pitcher and filtration system, but I am disappointed that I can't put it in the fridge where I can keep the water fresh and cold. It's just a tad too tall and there is no shelving configuration that I can use to solve the problem.
