Exactly what I wanted

I was looking for a counter filter that removes bpa, chemicals, and this does great. The water tastes like water - clean and crisp. Timing of its arrival was perfect, as we had a week long boil advisory shortly after purchase. Highly recommend.
Though I love the product, here are some things I have questions / can see improvement:
- shifting to non-plastic filters (e.g., everything is glass or stainless steel, etc.)
- improving the filter flow rate (I.e., speed of filtration)

I was really looking forward to using it

I was super excited to using this but it takes like 30min to filter the water and after a couple of days the pitcher somehow cracked at the bottom so there’s water leaking now. Pretty disappointed

I am very pleased with this water filter. I love that the pitcher is glass! I do wish the filter housing was made of stainless steel. My goal was to not have any plastic in our water. The filter does work quickly and the water tasted clean. You do have to wait until it is finished filtering before you pour. If not, the unfiltered water will spill out of the filter housing.

If you can find a way to filter the water quicker, that would be great. Also having it able to hold more volume of water would be great too
