Great filter- handle needs to be bigger.

Great filter process and fast.
Handle is too small, when pitcher is full, I have to hold the bottom because it is heavier and slightly awkward to hold from handle.
Would absolutely buy again!

Lifestraw reassurance

We've had Lifestraw products in the past. I was using other water pitcher, but they don't have the filtration that Lifestraw has, which added security of just how clean your water will be. I love the 10-cup pitcher and would definitely recommend it.

Problems solved!

We had been using an under-sink water filter to remove the chlorine from our city water which contains chlorine, but I could no longer find replacement filters. So I was buying gallons of spring water for us to drink and to prevent copper stains around our dog’s mouth caused by the copper in our pipes.
The easy fill-pitcher has made every day so much easier as I no longer have to worry about running out of bottled spring water or carrying heavy jugs from the store. And it saves me money too!
I also purchased a year’s worth of replacement filters at the same time as my pitcher, so I don’t have to worry about replacements for a year! And the replacement filters are so much smaller than the old filters I had used so they save space too! Thanks, LifeStraw!!!

Nice looking, water tastes fine, pitcher cracks along bottom

I really wanted to like this product. But I bought it in November of 2023 and by April 2024, it developed small cracks along the seal at the bottom and a very large one that leaked all over my counter. LifeStraw was true to the warranty and sent a replacement. However, it is now October of 2024 and the cracks have occurred on the replacement, including the large one causing the pitcher to leak. LifeStraw is sending another replacement but I wish they would fix the problem. I do not use the product in any manner in which cracks should appear; it seems to be a manufacturing problem.

Broken filter housing

The packaging was so tired that the filter housing towards the openning of the pitcher. See attached picture. Can you please send a new filter housing?
I bought this in anticipation of a need for hurricane Milton; however, when I read the instructions for non-use storage longer than two months, I decided to defer testing the product because I’d have to purchase another filter for next hurricane season even if all I did was test it once. Perhaps there should be away to send a trial filter for initial use and testing,

I purchased my pitcher earlier this month. I trusted the process and waited till my third refill to see if it would be quicker and it was. However, it gets a little heavy, but I'm still enjoying it and sharing good water with my dog.

Loved this until it started leaking

I have had this pitcher about 2 years. Loved it , easy to fill, just large enough for my husband & myself to for daily water. Unfortunately it has started leaking around the seam at the bottom of the pitcher leaving a large puddle on my kitchen counter. Apparently that seam deteriorates over time so don’t expect to have this for a longtime. It will now have to go to the landfill as our waste management cannot recycle it. Love Lifestraw but this was a disappointment.
