Amazing!

We absolutely love our new LifeStraw 10-Cup pitcher! I honestly never knew water could taste so good and refreshing. We fill a side pitcher so we always have plenty in the fridge. It's easy to use and we've saved so much from buying bottled water and we love that it helps the environment too. I've recommended this to all our friends!

Want to love it, but leaks

I want to love this filter! It really makes a difference in water quality, but it started leaking after about two weeks. I love the taste enough to try to keep it, even trying to tape along the seam where the leak occurred, but my fridge now constantly has a puddle of water in it.

It Works

I bought this plastic pitcher to replace the glass pitcher I used for many years because I wanted a lighter weight pitcher. This pitcher came with a small defect, some sharp plastic sticking out at the bottom of the handle. I was able to remove it by filing it off. Otherwise, I do like the lighter weight of this pitcher, however, I have some remorse every time I buy anything plastic.

Only filter durable for rusty pipes

Moved to a pre-war building in NYC with hard water and scary rusty pipes. Tried multiple certified filters, but they all clogged after 4 weeks despite being advertised as good for 3 month or so. Lifestraw water tastes good and even replaced my pitcher when it started to leak before 1 year warranty. Always loved the mission but really impressed by service and product.
