Plastic cracks

First off I love this product! It’s sleek design makes it fit on my tiny kitchen countertop. I loved it so much! And the tast was better than the brita pitcher I previously had. Knowing that it filters through a process before I can front it instead of it filtering as I pour gives me peace of mind. I loved everything! Until I noticed a fine crack. Mind you I always keep my lifestraw pitcher on a towel (for aesthetic purposes) I never bang it around because I know it’s plastic. I noticed the small crack a month after I received the item but now it has increased all around the base. I suppose by the pressure? Which is strange because I never fill it up all the way. I really wish i could have given this a 5 star. But after 3 months of use. I think I’m going to have to purchase another pitcher.

My dogs now refuse tap water and wait until they see the pitcher fill their bowls. My dogs are spoiled rotten snobs (bless their tiny hearts), so if you want to treat yourself to clean tasting, soft, water, go ahead and buy the pitcher. It's a good product.

10-cup home pitcher

I am very happy with my LifeStraw pitcher. I have been using other brands for years and started buying bottled water because I wasn’t sure they were filtering very well and the cost of replacement filters became costly,especially if you are not sure if the quality of the water is any better than from the tap. I now keep my pitcher on the counter and fill a couple of bottles for the fridge for drinking and I feel like this is the best water filtering pitcher I have ever used, I also like your values,caring for others is often forgotten nowadays. I would highly recommend this pitcher,plus I have the filters on auto ship,never have to worry about when to replace it. Excellent tasting water and no plastic waste because of buying bottled water. Very happy customer!

However, would not buy over glass jar. It doesn’t feel as sturdy or as nice. Still Serves its functionality.

I LOVE this product. It was necessary for me to find a better home filtration system as a renter for my health and this works beautifully. The water where I live is quite bad. I discovered my daughter had one for hiking purposes.
