I returned the product, a ten cup water filter, because I could not use it. I found it very, very difficult to unscrew the caps, and I needed both hands to pour water because it hurt my wrists to use one hand, given the bottom heavy weight when filled. I also found that no matter what I did, the spout did not pour cleanly, there was always a dribble next to the main stream of water, and this made a mess. I am 70 years old but not feeble and have no problems using my large Brita filter. I am sorry this plastic-filtering system did not work for me.

I recently purchased the LifeStraw 10 cup pitcher at the recommendation of a friend. I love what LifeStraw stands for, and I was spending way too much on water delivery…so I decided, time to make a change. Water taste great! Highly recommend!

I like the effectiveness of the filtration but TWO plastic pitchers have leaked. I am going to try a glass replacement in the smaller size.

Cracks super easily

The product is works well and the water is super clean. Cracks on the bottom very easily even after being gentle, I’ve had a replacement already and the new one is already cracking.

I’m obsessed with this! I also have the large capacity dispenser with the tap which I like but I find myself reaching for this one way more. The filter works fast once you’ve used it a few times and it’s just a great size! The color is absolutely stunning and I get lots of compliments

Like the price, liked the quick shipping. But, seriously, this pitcher takes forever to fill! The capacity of the filter chamber is so tiny, it takes multiple fills to get a full pitcher. Gotta fill this SEVERAL times each morning and who has time for that? Solution is to filter and then store in other carafe so whoever sees this setting on the counter can just go for another fill.
