Love how nicely designed this pitcher is! It does a great job of filtering out the chlorine taste and other unidentifiable weird after taste from our tap water.

Great water but slow drip

I love the taste of the water but can never refill the canister completely as it takes forever to drip through the filter. I don't know why it's such a terribly slow drip.

I appreciate the excellent customer service when my pitcher started leaking from cracks. After just a couple months of gentle use as an elderly single I was surprised. The pitcher is about an inch too tall to fit under an ordinary faucet. The initial fill was hours! It's still kind of pokey and needs about 3x to actually fill the pitcher.

We love this water purifier. The water tastes amazing and it looks terrific sitting on our kitchen counter. Was super easy to set up. It is so much better than the brand we had been using for several years. So glad we switched!!

Love the look of the pitcher and it really does make the water taste better, but I have to say I’m drinking less water because it filters so slowly compared to your usual water filter.

I love the life straw pitcher! We use it for ourselves & for our 14 month old baby! Gives us a peace of mind that we are making sure we are getting clean water!
