Since I'm on a small

Since I'm on a small community well for water, I purchased this product to filter the tap water that I use for making coffee & drinking. I previously purchased bottled water but no longer have to do that. This pitcher works great & it removed the well water taste. The color of the water is crystal clear after using the filter. I'm more than happy with this purchase.

Hold good amount for one person. I try to keep it full so refill alot. The design is much better than others on the market. Quality well I did have to get a replacement but thanks to lifestraw they took care of it and sent the Silone base which does make the difference. I didn't know they had one. So they stand behind the product as well

Great filter

I have no problems with the filter, is small, filters slow but is not a problem for me, first days the taste of the water was like chlorine but after that the taste I very good, the only problem is that I have been using it for not more than 4 months and the bottom is crackling and leaking water, I wish it could be mor resistant.

It's a little tall for short people to handle (I'm about 5'4 or 5'5), I can manage, but it is easier for my tall boyfriend to pour from the tall pitcher than it is for me. We love it, though, and the base is perfect to keep the noise down, cushion impact for the pitcher and our countertop.

Third try & disappointed

Today, I was thrilled to receive the replacement LifeStraw glass pitcher — newly designed with a rubber base (my first two LifesStraw pitchers in 2019 and 2020 didn’t have the base and both broke when placed on a marble countertop). Thankfully, Crate & Barrel agreed to replace the broken pitchers when LifeStraw would not. Unfortunately, this replacement doesn’t filter water! It looks like the glue on the membrane microfilter is blocking the flow of water. I had really hoped third time would be the charm, but this product continues to disappoint.

Poor description, unhappy with purchase

I thought my pitcher would be glass and it was plastic. It should really be clear that it's not glass since its not labeled that all 10 cups pitchers are plastic. The options say nothing about it being made from another material. I wanted to exchange but it's not worth the hassle of refunding, shipping back and re ordering. Im not happy with my purchase and wish I went with another water filter.
