You can taste the difference with the water compared to a Brita filter. Absolutely love my pitcher!

I was so excited to have this pitcher especially after reading all the good reviews. After only one week of use cracks have formed around the bottom of the pitcher and has left water leaking out onto the counter. Super disappointed.

I bought a 10-cup pitcher a few months ago, and it leaked. We found small cracks in the bottom. I emailed LifeStraw and they replaced the pitcher without charge and sent a silicon protector for the bottom.
We have used other brands of filters, but I like that LifeStraw filters out so much more than others do.

It was a little hard to install it at first, but it works amazing. I'm kinda picky with how my water tastes and this filter makes the water taste so refreshing!
