Good water

Went from a Brita to a LifeStraw. The difference in taste was immediately noticeable. LifeStraw hands down. Unfortunately the shape of the 10-cup pitcher makes pouring water difficult as the handle is high and all the weight is on the bottom. Solid water, lacking product design.

I have been buying your products for years(from you website and on Amazon). The last pitchers i have bought are scratched with cracks and appear dirty. Please get back to making quality pitchers. Sorry I can't add photos .

New Water Filter

I had heard about LifeStraw from a friend and was very excited to change water filtration systems, especially one that filters out microplastics. I am, overall, happy with the new filter, but I have found the design of the handle surprisingly bad. The handle is very thin, and very high up on the body of the pitcher. I imagine people with hand or wrist mobility issues, and especially elderlly people who may not have much hand or arm strength, would have a very hard time lifting this pitcher. A thicker, more ergonomic handle placed further down the body of the pitcher to offset the weight of the water would make it much easier to use.

Not practical/convenient

Design looks good on the packaging and in advertising. Assembly is easy. Capacity of the initial water tank is small and it takes up to 7 minutes to filtrate. To fill the pitcher - you need ~4 fills. And it doesn’t fit under the standard kitchen faucet! So annoying. No returns. Some reviews states it made from glass - it’s plastic everything. So far water tastes plastic, but that’s personal taste. And once more - no returns. Because you unwrap the filter! Fine, can afford that.
Nice knowing, that child in Africa can have water for a year from my purchase, really?! Good luck to that child. Will you post my review? Will not recommend, will not buy next replacement filter(s), but will reuse as a pitcher, maybe.

Quick to respond to any questions. A product that I’m more than happy with! To drink water that’s clean, no plastics or waste that can make my family sick is more than comforting. There are so many things, especially now, that we could do silver all about I’m thankful, but there is a company that actually cares about our health and will being! I bought the large pitcher, makes it easy to simply refill and have it ready to serve, pure clean water to the people I love.

I was really surprised at what a positive difference my filtered water made in my coffee as well as my drinking water. I am now so spoiled, I don’t even order water when I am out. I wait until I return home.

It’s heavy, love the sturdy base I ordered to keep it steady and my husband happily takes charge of keeping it refilled! It takes two hands for me but we are loving the improved taste of our well water!
