Leaks

I’m on my second pitcher. The first started leaking so I ordered a new one thinking it was just old. Nope. Second one is leaking with no cracks anywhere. I can’t switch to the glass pitcher because I have three young kids who use it too. I love the filter because the water tastes good, but I’m probably going to cancel my subscription and get the new Brita that filters microplastics.

Love this pitcher! The tap water here taste like it come from a swimming pool & makes me feel ill when I drink it. I filter it through this pitcher & I love how it comes out. It taste so clean & doesn't smell like chlorine. 100% recommended!

It is a beautiful water container. So great and for the first time in a very long time we are drinking and cooking in clean water. Really clean water you can taste the difference it is so wonderful thank you for making such a great product!!

Waste of money

The filter may be great, but must be refilled multiple times to fill the pitcher - for only 7 cups of water. It's like watching paint dry to the water through the pitcher. If you have hours a day to watch water drip, you'll love it. Otherwise, it's avoidable frustration.

No more plastic loaded water

I think you have a fine product. After reading about the problem with water from plastic bottles we decided to switch to glass and filter tap water as we needed it. Your set up is simple to use and effective. We’re pleased we chose LifeStraw.

I rent a house on a lake in the woods. I have softened well water so I drink bottled water. The Pitcher is the perfect size to fill my drinking thermos. The water also tastes great!
