Quite tall

The pitcher is so tall that I can't get my faucet over it. It's a smaller sink, but I was able to use another brand of pitcher with it with no problem. I'm disappointed because I was really hoping this would work. The filter life is much longer with the lifestraw model.

I have no complaint about the filters ordered. But I don't love the tank, specifically the spout. And I don't like that there's no way to measure for the life of the filter(s) because I drink a lot of water and don't know how effective the filters are as I get closer to the recommended time to change the filter(s).

"bleach" in instructions

love these filters but fyi it tells you to use bleach when setting up the carbon filter ("1/2 a tsp with 2C of water") -- I reached out asking if that was necessary and someone responded that bleach could damage the filter... confused why they included that in the instructions for the set up - if someone at lifestraw sees this please remedy the confusion here :/

Great Customer Service for a Great Pitcher

I bought one as a housewarming gift for my girlfriend and she loved it so I bought my own a couple months later. I read that lifestraw filters more effectively than brita so thought a replacement would be worth it. I was a little disappointed due to a slow filter and then a leak in the bottom seam BUT lifestraw sent me a whole new replacement for free (even without a receipt!). Exceptional customer service and now I’m very happy with my replacement!

I’ve had to replace due to cracks and mold

Cracks form in the bottom of the of the pitcher allowing for mold to form. I have replaced this and now have thrown away my second one. I treated it with care and followed care instructions and this happened twice. Will not buy again and wouldn’t recommend it.
