Such a taste difference!

It’s heavy, love the sturdy base I ordered to keep it steady and my husband happily takes charge of keeping it refilled! It takes two hands for me but we are loving the improved taste of our well water!

You guys really need to work on the spout design. The dripping is pretty annoying so I have to leave a kitchen towel in the fridge shelf below it. Otherwise, it's great.

Slow filter

Love my water pitcher. Have had for over a year and love knowing im drinking safe water. Would highly recommend. Only down side is that it doesn't fit in my fridge

Great pitcher

I bought this pitcher so that I could have filtered water for my coffee maker. I have the 18 cup dispenser in my fridge and love the difference it has made in my drinking water. But, my coffee maker works best with room temperature water, so I purchased the 7 cup pitcher for that. My coffee is a bit of a splurge, but clean safe water never is.

Nozzle Leaks

Crips clean water, but the nozzle leaks. I have to gently slap the nozzle to keep it in the container. Disappointing

My 2nd Home Dispenser

Hiya!
My daughter bought us a dispenser as a Christmas gift about 3 years ago. The plastic piece around the finger press for the spout broke sometime back. Have noticed a darkness around the spout so bought a new one (picture can be provided).
When we have bad weather and might loose our water (frozen pipes) we use the old one as extra water storage.
