A must have!

We have had this filter for about a month now and it has been the best investment we have made for our home. Our tap water smells like chlorine, tastes odd and was giving us digestive issues. This filter has been the solution to all those problems. The water tastes amazing and after the first few uses the water filters very quickly. Well worth the money for the peace of mind and to have great tasting water that we know is 100% safe to drink.

Good idea, terrible execution

I really wanted to like the home dispenser. And I did for a while. Then it started leaking. It leaked so severely that the water pooled in the kitchen floor and made us think there was a problem with the fridge itself. It just made such a mess. It needs a lever to control the water flow like other brands use.
On top of the incessant leaking, the filter is a pain in the a@@ to install or replace. And, as we learned yesterday, some of the filters a faulty. We tried two different ones and both times the water dropped slowly (more slowly than it should) and stopped entirely once the water level reached the bottom of the filter. We threw the whole thing in the trash and replaced it with the same Pur device that we had before.

I can finally drink the water!

Oh my gosh! FINALLY! My water at home smells and tastes horrible. Now I can finally drink and enjoy it. I have the pitcher and it has changed everything! I love the taste of my water now.

I was really surprised at what a positive difference my filtered water made in my coffee as well as my drinking water. I am now so spoiled, I don’t even order water when I am out. I wait until I return home.
