Have had mine for years and love it. I only replaced it because the bottom started to leak a little from being banged around a little too much over the years but it is great.

My original filter that came with my pitcher was painfully slow. I reached out to Lifestraw and they immediately responded. I had a new replacement filter within a week. The new filter has a nice steady stream of water instead of a slow drip. Thank you Lifestraw for being so attentive and for so solving our issue so quickly. And my husband and teenager agree: the Lifestraw water is delicious! Pure and simple.

The fill lid if it has unfiltered water in it will spill out if you are trying to pour while the reservoir is full.

I’ve lived with my water dispenser for about a month now, and I am happy with it. I know that sounds like faint praise, but the taste took some time for me to adjust, or I should say, the lack of taste. Where I live, the tap water is moderately bad, so I previously had a Britta, with occasional purchases of Smart Water. I read up on LifeStraw, and I like the company, it’s goals and community practices, and the fact that the filter takes out virtually everything, especially all the harmful crap probably lurking in my tap water. I somehow didn’t realize everything is indeed everything, leaving the water, well, tasteless. I have adjusted, and I am now content with really clean water. Thanks! I’m planning on getting a couple of lifestraws to keep in the car as well.
