I love my Seventy2 Pro. I was bummed they were out of the grey when I ordered. The green is good but not quite as urban looking. I was expecting a slick fabric but it's very thick and textured, reminds me of a Navy seabag actually. I haven't tested it in water but it certainly feels airtight when shut. The supplies were all stock, no COVID substitutions thankfully, and seem quality. I did replace the crank radio with a smaller version and a powerbank. One because now I have twice the power in the same space but also because as the bag shifted the button on the radio kept getting pushed and making an annoying beeping sound.I love that there's room in the pouches to add and customize the gear. Unfortunately, there really isn't that much extra room in the bag. The insert fits fine, even with the pockets maxed out but you can't fit much outside the insert for easy access and still roll it down.There's lots of attachment points on the outside but they aren't really all that user friendly. The bottom straps are sewn on, which is great for security but also means you can't swap them for longer straps. They hold a lightweight jacket fine but aren't long enough for anything thicker. I did get my hammock to fit but the straps are fairly far apart so that wouldn't work for everyone. I like that the MOLLE system is the same fabric as the bag so it's super sturdy. Unfortunately, you can't mount anything vertically. You need another row for that. I have gotten 2-3 pouches depending on size horizontally. The provided strap is super short. It's fine for skis or trekking poles but anything fatter you'll have to buy a bigger strap.The 4 attachment points around the front pocket are probably the most annoying. They must be some kind of matte rubber or silicone. Logically they should be fine. They're not too big or too small but something about the material makes it hard to clip smaller caribeaners.All in all, I think its a great set it and forget it pack I just wish it was a little more customizable. Ideally, I'd like to see expanded MOLLE on the side and maybe MOLLE on the bottom instead of permanent straps and 4-6 more inches of height.

I've purchased 7 of these bags to date. I keep giving them to my loved ones.No pre-made bag such as this is perfect. Take the time to add items that will be important to you. Even better, keep a note in the outside pocket and write down items you wish you kept in the bag. Then come back to that note every so often and make sure it's included.My only real gripe, and it's small, is that I wish they had a vanilla outer shell. I would prefer the bag to look as generic as possible.I think the uncharted team should make a video about things to personalize your bag.Some things to think about to tweak the bag a bit... * Be prepared to swap out the gloves and face masks. I'm not a large man, but both were too small for me* Swap water bottle for a steel bottle you can use over a fire* Socks, shirt, underwear* GMRS radio* Add a sillcock key for water spigots* Advil, Tylenol, etc.* IDs, passport, maps, cash* Roll of quarters* Superglue * Zip ties* Garbage bag and ziplock bags

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Totally loving this bag! The organization inside the kit is perfect... it’s amazing how much is packed in there! When I first picked up the backpack with the insert inside it felt really heavy, but I was shocked how much lighter it felt once I was wearing it and the weight was distributed through the system of really well designed (and well padded!) straps and clips. I’m incredibly happy with this purchase!

Decent kit - You will need it and another pack though

First observation was that everything is well organized and labeled as stated. Yay... as emergency items should be.Second observation is the severe lack of space for more than a single light weather outfit.First recommendation is to replace the flashlight with one that includes the insert to use 18650 rechargeable batteries (this just lacks the insert which likely was in the box).Second recommendation is to pull everything out, let it air out in open air so it does not outgas in your home, car, trunk, ... also, so you don't smell like a tire shop walking through the woods.Second recommendation is to replace or supplement the tent with a nice bivy. Maybe even get a bivybag.The radio also could be replaced with something that won't break first drop.In my experience (yep... I have done more than one 3-weeks packing trips living off my pack and the land before dehydrated foods were common). This bag is huge for its single purpose. It is a lot of mass and weight for the little value therein. For this weight, I have carried sufficient resources for at least a week (with tent, down bag, a few sets of clothes, and extra pair of boots). This can be a good cache bag. A bag to carry with needs more practical items. Even if only for 72 hrs.

Expensive, but worth it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought it mainly to get a jump start on building my own Bug Out Bag because I was procrastinating due to too many choices out there. Love the organization and the bag. My only suggestion is to put some Velcro on the all pouches so they can be individually removed as needed without having to remove the entire insert.

No lighter in mine- I’ll add. Also headlamp.5. A bowl or small camping container will be nice and spork, small stove if wish.6. Towel and/or shemaugh. Tarp.Will enjoy messing around and testing kit out- thanks guys- nicely done overall.

Missing items

I received the bag and it's missing the shovel and lighters. The multi tool also slips out of the straps which isn't a huge deal. I emailed the company to let them know that these items were missing over a week ago and have not heard back. Other than that the bag is great and the items do look like they are of good quality.

I purchased the two person 72pro bc I wanted the insert. You SHOULD build your own kit. But simply buying this bag and insert, is worth it as a starting template. Most of the items that come with the kit are quality, allowing you to save money on minimal additions
