Chimney doesn’t match the curve of hood correctly but customer service is awesome and working on getting it corrected.

9' ceiling extension

I used this as the original piece that came with the hood was not long enough. The extension was a perfect fit and need no adjustments. I have used these hoods in may remodels I have done and they are top quality.

Loud

I've had my range hood for about a year and I can tell you it is not quiet in any way. The buttons to turn the light on or the fan are so loud you can hear it outside. Also, the LED lights are flickering all the time. I've talked to the company about these problems and they told me to disassemble the speaker area and put electrical tape to deaden the sound. I would not recommend this product to a friend.
