[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have owned several 4-slice toasters (mostly Breville) because none of them was durable. The 2 most common failures were heating element and bent internal bread slice support; both were unrepairable. The Zwilling toaster seems to be built like a tank and operates smoothly. During one week of use, everything has functioned as advertised. Bread and bagels toast evenly. The toaster level buttons actually serve a useful and repeatable purpose. Be careful-I found that medium toasting levels are consistently obtained with lower heating numbers as opposed to other toasters that are capricious and arbitrary. Bread lowers and rises progressively, avoiding toast tossed into the air and premature moving parts failure. The outside of the toaster remains cool with prolonged use. The crumb tray is a delight. Now comes the big test: durability. We’ll check back over time to let you know.

It toasts toast

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's a toaster... it toasts toast. Looks nice, design is pretty clean. The crumb tray in the front is easy to access and empty. My only complaint with this toaster is that the heat mechanism is not as hot as my previous toasters, so it takes longer than I'm used to to toast everything which is kind of a bummer. Also the numbers on the dial aren't that easy to see so if you live with someone someone who adjusts the level of toasting often you'll need to start paying more attention to it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After much research I decided to order this toaster. The model is sleek, matte stainless steel finish with easy clean slot area. Made toast and frozen waffles. Toasting took a little practice to get the right results I was looking for. My complaint with other toasters had been uneven toasting results (one side lighter than other) , not here! Happy to say toast came out perfect, both sides evenly browned. Hopefully this toaster will continue to produce satisfactory results.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love it! Worth the investment with a five year warranty. It is cool to the touch, simple sleek design and easy to use. Gray cord and silver color very flattering. Wide slots, and toasts every kind of bread to perfection. Our choice for knives has always been JA Henckels because of their high quality and longevity so after being disappointed with other brands we are happy we decided to try their other products. Delighted with my purchase.

Fabulous toaster

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our Cuisinart toaster of 10 years broke so we decided to upgrade to a nicer one and very happy we settled on the Zwilling 4 slice. It is beautifully designed and toasts the bread perfectly. I read that people find that it takes a long time to toast but personally do not feel that it’s too long at all. Overall I’m very happy and hope this toaster lasts us another 10 years.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my first experience with a quality high-end toaster and I really like the looks of the Zwilling Enfinigy toaster. I didn't think a higher priced toaster would make a difference compared to the old cheap toaster I had, but the experience was night and day...nice crisp toast to my darker shade of preference. The Enfinigy made perfect toast on the first go. As with most toaster, it's plug-and-play, or toast-and-go. I am very happy with my purchase!
