Negatives. MADE IN CHINA. Outside side gets hot after several uses. Expecting all stainless steel; too much plastic .

Expensive for a toaster

Sleek and efficient

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This toaster looks beautiful on our counter and toasts efficiently and thoroughly. My only concern is that the outside edges around the toaster do heat up. It's not hot enough to burn you, but enough that I would be worried about leaving a plastic bag (of bread maybe) next to it. We just recieved it in the mail, so I cannot speak to its longevity yet.

Better than expected!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the sleek design. I don’t like keeping my small appliances on my counter, but I could find myself making an exception for this toaster. The toaster toasts evenly, the slots are big enough for bagels, and the crumb tray easily slides and pushes back into place.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Read great things about it, but not that impressed

The sides don't toast evenly. The left side has to be turned all the way up to 7 to get the toast even moderately browned, while the right side toasts it just fine on level 4. It also takes a really long time to toast. I am overall a little disappointed in the product. Not disappointed enough to go through the hassle of returning it, but disappointed enough that I won't purchase a toaster from this brand again.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
