Make sure you first turn the dial to the left
Then move to smoothie mode. I loved how smooth and fluffy my smoothie was.

Cons: it did take a minute to blend; but that is just because I am getting the hang of the product.

Powerful & Classy addition to my kitchen

Another Great Addition to Our Kitchen

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I went on strike against my old blender because there were a few times when the lid became loose and spilled my smoothie into the base of the blender and I finally had enough. My husband and I saw a ZWILLING store and decided to check it out because we have their electric kettle pro and it feels like such a luxurious experience using it. We saw the personal blender there and got it at a great deal. I love that it matches the style in our kitchen and that the design is so sleek and simple. The cup also looks great with the drinking lid for on the go situations.

Perfect space saving solution

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Knowing the quality of other Zwilling products, I bought this blender to replace the Magic Bullet. Heavy base, strong motor has no trouble with ice. Appealing, simple design gives the features you need and no un-needed extras.
