[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After careful searching and reading reviews I had to go with Zwilling J.A. Henckels. As soon as I received my package, ofcourse, had to use it. Let my start by saying this is a MUST HAVE ! Without much effort I fillet a fish & a Steak. NO STRUGGLE slicing through as I have experienced with other Knife brands in the past. I am truly a big fan of this knife. Every Cook / Chef should have. Absolutely in-love with my new knife. A great investment.
