Hot External Appliance Surface

The toaster provided a nice, even toasting throughout. However, the outside of the toaster gets very warm when toasting, especially on setting 7. I had to move the toaster away from other objects to avoid any melting or burning upon contact with toaster. I consider this a safety issue for children and a annoyance in having to move my appliances around. Hence, I gave it a 4 star instead of 5.

The best toaster

We love this toaster! As a family of 4 we use both slots daily. We love the look of it and it’s light enough to place in a cabinet when not in use.

Glossy Top

My only negative is that the top of the toaster is glossy, not matte like the body. I’m concerned about it showing scratches. We’ll see. That is why I gave it a 4

Just started using my new toaster and it works as expected. Bread and bagels browned evenly. and crisp. The settings and buttons are clear and the overall design is great.
