[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my new favorite laptop of all time! And I have had many! One of the cool things is the Lenovo app already installed!
I have had my ThinkPad for about 5 weeks now and I am loving it. It is the perfect laptop for my simple needs (web browser, word processing, spreadsheets, and videoconferencing). It replaces a 2011 Dell that weighed at least twice as much, so it's pretty easy to be happy. The ThinkPad screen is smaller than what I had before, but the screen resolution is as good or better so I can fit just as much work on the screen. The keyboard feels great. The battery life is superb, though I expect it will dimimish with time as always happened with previous laptops. My only complaint is that the webcam is mediocre but I do like that there is a physical lens cover. The laptop is completely quiet. If it has a fan, the fan hasn't turned on ever so far.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Works fine, better keyboard than Dell. I am satisfied. Only 2 points : 1/ USB-A towards an external Asus screen do not work (waiting for support's answer),2/ I made the mistake to choose the glare screen. I should have selected the non-glare one.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had Thinkpad back when I was teaching and this is my first brand new laptop since I retired in 2016. I actually tried an Ideapad but didn’t like the layout or lack of USB and sent it back. This Thinkpad is light and has the shaped keys and is familiar but very updated. As fast as our internet connection will take it. Easy to set up though it takes a while. Haven’t been able to test its toughness but I expect it to stand up to being dragged around. This substitute teacher and seminar presenter and nonprofit board member is happy!
