[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my second X1 carbon! I have the 5th gen and now the 8th gen. Each x1 just keeps getting better. i really love these laptops. I have previously owned Dell XPS and Fujitsu lifebook laptops but had major issues with both. My older 5th gen X1 carbon is still going strong with no issues. I am sure my new 8th gen X1 carbon will be the same. Keep up the excellent reliability and service, Lenovo....
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the second installment of X1 that I bought, with this in mind, I have an issue with the location of the power button, it is on at odd position.
In Performance it is a huge difference even it is just a 2 generation with the processor of the old one.
The one thing I really liked about the Lenovo X1 is its keyboard and trackpad they are excellent.
Other notable issue that have with this model was the temperature when use it in your lap our use it with a full load of work, it can turn a little hot, even in the keyboard in the right side where the vent is.
A side from that I think it is a great buy, very light to carry when you are traveling, and the battery life is amazing with a easy use you can last a full day with one charge.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love my laptop! So light, fast and works better for me than my old Dell which must have weighed close to 5 #. That's a lot when you are moving around. I have my own virtual business and need something light and reliable. This ThinkPad X1 fits my expectations greater than I hoped for.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great laptop, super light, bright screen, expansive keyboard with nice travel, and a 65 watt charger (my personal Dell only supports 45 watts).
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's all that I ever wanted in a laptop. Light and portable with battery life that can take me through all day of work. The build quality is exceptional and you won't regretting buying this laptop
