[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Prior to this I had a Gen 1 Carbon X1 for 7+ years, so it speaks to the quality and durability of these machines. I love my new laptop, but the battery life was advertised to be one thing, and even with this brand new laptop I can't go a full 8-hour workday without needing to charge it, even in battery saver mode, and I only run a web browser and Office 365 applications.
