[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These laptops are a standard as far as I'm concerned. They are lightweight and tend to work pretty well. We have had issues where the docking station from Lenovo didn't work as well as I would have hoped but these still are pretty good systems. I'm hoping that we can implement some solutions for the issues we've had.

Nice laptop except for webcam

It's everything I was expecting and would be a 5-star rating if it were not for the poor quality of the webcam. It is very low resolution, grainy and blurry. I expected better considering I bought the top-end model with the 4k screen. In this age of remote work and multiple video meetings daily this is unacceptable and hopefully will upgraded on the 9th gen. In the meantime, I bought an external 1080 HD webcam that looks much better and sits on top of my external monitor but that won't be a good solution when traveling resumes. Consider this an "almost" perfect laptop. It has a nice combination of ports for my use.
