[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the top of the otherwise great line of ThinkPads, it is extremely well built,light powerful with great screen and exceptional battery life
. I have used ThinkPad for 2 decades this being my first X1 carbon that really changes how I use my laptop, I usually have been reluctant to take my laptop with me unless there is due reason now it dosen't matter an my great X1 is most of the time around an used lot more. Over all it is expensive but still delivers the extra price in usability and quality, an true work horse.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the second Carbon I have purchased, the first through work a few years back, then was migrated to a different heavier brand, was allowed to buy my own and sync up and am loving the Lenovo. It is light, durable, opens up quickly. Out of the box, it was easy to get running, setup my home office with a multiple monitor plug in through a display link and simply pull it off the C cable when I need to go. I'm 3 weeks in and no issues so far.

It just kept on running even when viewing a lot of content making heavy use of wifi and video, which I know from prior purchases can really drain a battery. There were some sound issues however they were solved with a call to Lenovo support.

Any improvement ? please put a usb-c power outlet on both sides (left and right) to fit any location: so disappointing when the power is on your right and the usb-c is on your left...
