[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a wonderful, lightweight laptop with a beautiful picture and lightening fast response. I got it specifically for Zoom meetings, and I couldn't be happier with it. My only very slight complaint is that the Power button is very small and a bit difficult to find to turn on (tough to do just by feel). But compared to everything else, that is an extremely minor thing. Well worth the purchase!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Well, I was literally happy when I received the package. Couldn't wait to use my new machine. Unfortunately your QA team did not do a good job as this product had some issues with the sound out of the box. The sound coming out of the right speaker was garbled, as if the speaker was blown.. again, brand new product, just out of the box. I would think that for a top of the line product, your flagship so to say, you would have better QA service prior to shipping the product to the customer.
Other than that, seems to be fine. Love the reduced weight, and the long battery life. I would have loved to have it as WWAN Upgradeable, as the budget was tight at checkout.

I use my ThinkPad for work, and I am very please with the quality and performance. The laptop is plenty powerful enough, boots up quickly, powers off promptly, and has NEVER failed me. I would strongly recommend it for both personal and professional use.
