[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Got this laptop for my wife after her HP died. I got a ThinkPad because my 12 year old T61 is still running strong. The X1 is, fast, quiet, well built and no doubts will last a decade if taken care of. The only issue is that it's a fingerprint magnet and smudges easily.

If you run into the circumstance of a low battery, the charging is lightning fast! The screen clarity is perfect and switching from a Mac to get the Windows system was the right choice with this laptop.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The X1 Carbon is amazing. It's very light and fast! The face recognition also work very well. The only thing I dont like is it's get oily easily, so there are lots of my fingerprints on the surface and screen.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The keyboard is marvelous. The set up was easy. The screen is high resolution. It is marvelously compact. One small issue, it was not clear how you get office downloaded, had to call customer support for that, but they were very helpful.
