It is the worst laptop I've ever had. With 30 days I had to have it replace as it freezes frequently and no one can fix it. The replacement I got was even worst, not only it freezes the entire laptop, I can't even force shut down as it stays freezing mode. Other than that the laptop is heated up to 81%. Also it doesn't wake up after it goes to sleep, I have tried all ways to wake it but doesn't help. I had to press the pin hole for it to work again. This is the worst experience I've ever had.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So I'm biased as I have been a Thinkpad user since my first 700c. So now with the work from as the new normal, this is my choice for staff... And even the adamant Macbook Pro users are delighted with the X1 Carbon. Small footprint, light weight, and more powerful than their office desktops. Bundled with the Thunderbolt dock. Increased productivity, durable and great keyboard. Staff have expressed that being equipped with the X1 makes them feel more valued.
