[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great, light-weight laptop, was easy to set up, is comfortable to use for extended periods of time, and has a build-quality that I've come to expect from the Lenovo Thinkpad series. Unfortunately, this model doesn't come with a built-in SD card reader, so I'll need to get a USB to SD card adapter for transferring photos from my SLR camera.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The ThinkPad X1 Carbon Gen 8 is a great computer. The keyboard is very nice at touch. The computer is light and it works very well. it tends to heat significantly when charging so having the computer in your lap when charging is not a good thing.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was my first Lenovo product. The laptop is extremely light. Coming from an old ROG laptop, the x1 carbon blew me away. I can lift the laptop with my pinky! The screen is perfect (albeit I upgraded components at the Lenovo factory). The keyboard is also excellent with perfect response times. The only issue I've had is regarding battery. I turned my laptop OFF, but 2 days later the battery was at 90. Not sure whats up with that, but overall very happy.
