[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the computer, but make absolutely sure you get the order right the first time. In reviewing my order, I discovered I had mistakenly ordered my laptop with 8 gig instead of the intended 16 gig of memory. Could I correct that? Only by cancelling the original order and doing it again. That's kind of ridiculous for a company like Lenovo. At least the computer got here ahead of schedule, although the tracking was very sketchy, and it's a great machine. Just not impressed with the order and delivery process.

Microphone doesn’t work. Tech support takes forever.
