Within a week of owning I had consistent issues with the CPU sporadically spiking pretty much all day. Made the PC impossible to use no matter what help guides I tried to follow

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am in love with almost all the things of my first Lenovo purchase! After reading MANY reviews on business quality laptops, I decided to try the X1 Carbon and love it. The very best part of the working experience is the keyboard - it's absolutely dreamy. The laptop is light, smooth and fast! My only feedback for improvement so far would be to change the finish - the matte black finish is beautiful until you touch it for the first time.....it leaves finger prints all over and the trackpad in particular shows wear and marks. Beyond that finicky piece, I would not hesitate to purchase another ThinkPad and think this X1 and I will be together for quite some time!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] In my eyes, Thinkpad has kept a good reputation for dozens years, which stands for reliablity, productivity and so on. I have been a fan of thinkpad brand for many years. This machine is also the most perfect one in the current PC-market. A little disappoint is I find its left spindle sounded abnormal recently. I will take care of it.
