NOT TOP NOTCH QUALITY! :(

Imaginext batcave!! Okay so first off I REALLY wanted to love this, the box & little promo video makes it seem super cute & an amazing toy! Well, let’s just say I was EXTREMELY disappointed by this product... Especially for $150! I’ll start off with I am really let down by the quality of his imaginext toy, my son has LOTS of other imaginext toys & none were this poor in quality, I can practically knock this over with my finger, it is extremely wobbly especially the smaller side you screw on.. Speaking of this side of the cave, when you open the cages it is hard to turn & when you do turn it this whole side acts like it’s going to tumble over.. also why does it open all three of the cages & not close them ? Very annoying. Why don’t the cages move, so then you can push them down the drop into all three cages/jails..? Another thing on this part of the cave is the stand up turn things, now this is pretty cool & I like how it lights up above, BUT half the characters don’t even fit on there & fall off when you turn it.? Sooo not cool! Okay, off to the main part of the cave.. The panel board with the buttons is really neat, I love that there are multiple buttons & phrases, the lights change for different characters so that is also pretty neattooo! Down sides... what is under the panel? I know the one piece you put his bat hood/helmet (which doesn’t even fit that well!), but the big part I think is a little unnecessary.? I feel like it should be open there? Whatever it is supposed to be is just taking up play space on the cave.? Now the turn blue thing that swings down? What is that even for? It says ‘tune up’ but it’s not like a tool? Is it supposed to push the bat car down the ramp??? If so it doesn’t do a good job of it whatsoever... and the weapons? Again only fits half the hands & are hard to put in others.. what is the long piece that has the two openings? Hand cuffs? Doesn’t fit very well & fall off.. also this has the pieces that snap together all the top seem to be showing so I feel it makes the product seem unfinished almost? Again just takes up space everywhere on the cave.. I see other reviews of 5 STARS, but all received the product for FREE! Gee if I would have gotten something for free I would put 5 stars too, but I didn’t.. I paid $150 for a toy that isn’t up to imaginext standards to me.. if my son didn’t enjoy it I would have only given 2 stars & probably taken back to get something else!! But it does keep his attention especially with the batteries, as long as he doesn’t get frustrated with the weapons not fitting or them not being able to go on the yellow stand up turnies... All in all, I do NOT think that this product is worth $150 PLUS tax... If you can find it on sale for under $100 then get it, do NOT pay full price for something of this quality.. Would of added more photos , but this is all I’m allowed too..
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Beyond expectations!

Putting it together was fairly easy except that the pictures used to explain the set up were not that easy to follow. It took about 20 minutes to put together and all the pieces snapped together very easily. It's very well made and will definitely withstand the rough play of a 4yo.

Amazing toy!

The best part is that this batcave is big enough for his friends to be able to play with him and enjoy hours of play. This batcave has so many features that it’s impossible to not let your imagination come to life. It’s very sturdy and has held up well against 5 small boys. We love this!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My 8-year-old son chose this toy from just a few pictures on the webpage. I was skeptical it would hold his attention since he's on the higher end of the recommend age for the toy, but boy was I wrong! There are so many different buttons and switches for lights, sounds, and even pre-recorded story telling coming from a speaker. There are several characters included that can be moved around on elevators, go down a secret hidden chute, and locked in jail. Even my 12 year old daughter was interested in playing with her little brother for awhile because of this toy. So fun and highly recommended.
The box is huge and the toy came in several parts, but my son was able to put most if it together himself following the directions. My only complaint is that it required 4 C-batteries (not included) that I didn't have on hand. It was not nearly as engaging the first few days after we set it up, but once we installed the batteries my kids loved it and played with it for hours. The toy is big and takes up a lot of room when opened, but can easily and conveniently be folded in half and pushed to the side of the wall when not being played with to save floor space.

Best Batcave ever!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is by far the most interactive Batcave ever! My boys have played for hours daily since receiving it. Batcave has so many sounds and voices. Also very cool light up bat background. There are places to store small items that come with the Batcave. My boys have a lot of Super Friend figures, but the Batcave comes with 5 exclusive figures we have never seen in stores. This Batcave is perfect for multiple kids to play at once, since it is so large. Can’t write enough positive comments about this toy! Highly recommend this Batcave!

We had hours of fun. We added on his other caves that he has. And we had a huge village of caves, castles, and police stations. Thank you for letting us test this out. We have zero issues with this product. And its very easy to store with his others.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This toy is awesome! It is big (about 4.5ft wide and 2ft tall) and has lots of room to put different figures. There is a working batman signal and over 200 different sound effects plus a variety of lights! There’s different areas for play such as a control center, jail cells, helipad, elevator, and more. It keeps my little ones entertained and allows them to use their imaginations. It comes with 5 figures to play with but it can hold many others as well.
