Awesome laptop, when it works

I bought this laptop in mid-June and it exceeded my expectations. Games looked amazing on the FHD screen at 120Hz and the GPU packed enough power for me to game with ray tracing and I didn't notice any drops below 60fps.
Notable issues: poor keyboard backlighting (minor issue), speakers popping (solved by using headphones all the time), and the most annoying of all: the screen freezing on a daily basis. As someone who relies on remote computing from work, I leave my laptop on running all day and it is important that my screen is not freezing so that I can access it remotely. The last one must be software related but I'm not sure how to fix it and I am constantly refreshing for updates to fix these issues.

Amazing Computer

I really love this laptop for the power that it has to offer and even surpassing the performance of an i9 with the Ryzen 9, the only complaint that I have is the complicated setting up process if you want to extend your battery life to beyond 8 hours, which I still am having trouble finding. Overall, other than excess heat, this is a great laptop!

Really impressed with the laptop! Amazing performance and battery life. A few tweaks were needed to lower the thermals and there's a bit of coil whine, but otherwise very glad with my purchase!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a over a month ago. And i can honestly say is the best investment i done in years. The sleekness of the laptop with ryzen 4900HS chip is impressive. only con is the keyboard lighting is somewhat weak. But really didnt bother me. I wish they had the 32gb edition here in the United States.

Great laptop with the performance you need for any task given. Build quality also feels great. My only issue with this laptop would be the fingerprint sensor. Its very flawed and looking online it seems to be a common problem.

Amazing Laptop for Engineering and Gaming!

This is a great laptop for both school/professional work and gaming.
Out of the box it will most likely have a couple things that will annoy you, like the loud fans, it will get hot but there are ways to solve these issues. The reason why it's load and hot is because it's running at max frequency, and that's the beauty of this laptop, it can run at high frequencies for a long time, which make it hot and kick the fans. But look into Reddit and there should be some ways to solve these issues, it's not hard btw.
After solving those things, you'll find yourself with an amazing PC. Fast, strong, quiet, and versatile.
I hesitated at first when I got this laptop, I was going to return it and get something else but after the community from Reddit came through and helped, I am so happy with this PC.
