Not exactly as expected

I am a bit disappointed in this hood. 1st, hardly fingerprint resistant as you can see. 2nd is my mistake, bc when they said white with black accent, that's what I thought. Much more stainless than white. Evidently ordered wrong one, however, it's installed & works well, but not the look I hoped for. I'm not paying to uninstall, return & reinstall. Just be very careful, bc models look VERY similar & may not be what you wanted.

The hood is not white, and they want you to pay to return the hood. The range hood store is a rude company

We have had our range hood for a little over a year and we absolutely love it! It is not only classy but it adds beautiful design elements to our kitchen. I love how the grates are removable. It makes keeping it clean so easy! I love the lighting feature and the 4 speed options offer the perfect range for the need.

Fantastic range hood and excellent customer service! We had it professionaly installed and it looked challenging, partially because we needed new ductwork since our old fan was an under cabinet fan. It's working really well and looks great in our space! FYI if you purchase the designer series fan, you do not need to purchase crown molding separately since it comes with the fan. This was unclear on the website, especially since it prompted me to add on the crown molding and the crown was not listed in the details/specifications. However, customer support was very helpful.
