This product is commercial quality. It looks great and is very powerful. It has been installed for just one week. Contractor removed two over the range cabinets and installed hood. It fit perfectly into the opening. Since the cabinets were removed the contractor installed up to the fur down (aka soffit). See photos

Great stainless steel quality, fit and finish level is good. Unit is much louder than expected! Even on lowest “quiet” setting, fans generate too much noise.

I bought this 2 months ago and absolutely love it. High quality and works great. Looks great too. would love it if it had high and low light feature, but would get it again even without that feature. Very powerful and performs great even with the exhaust routed into the attic and through 15 feet out the side of the house.

It really moves air but at a price.

We do a lot of frying so I wanted a fan with high CFM's, which this fan does deliver. Unfortunately it is very noisy in the process and we never forget to turn it off as soon as we are finished. If we did it over again I would definitely check out the noise ratings before I made a purchase.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
