We are very happy with our ZLINE ducted range hood. It has the umph we need to move the air across the kitchen and outside. As important, we are very pleased with the service we got from Tamela. She knows the product line, how to use ZLINE's data base and her phone presence is pleasant and professional. We will buy ZLINE products in the future because we know they have service reps like Tamela.
I would recommend this to a friend!

It works beautifully! It sucks all the fume out without drowning out conversation. The only thing is that the switch is not easily reachable especially for a shorty like me. I always have to turn the fan on before the heat to avoid burning myself. And it doesn’t come with a remote controller!

I bought this, ordered and paid for the 48” hood on this website and received a 30” hood. I am still trying to get this resolved. The Range Hood people are very slow to respond and the information on the website for this hood is still inaccurate. They take over a week to respond to each email and have informed me this hood doesn’t even come in 48”. The website shouldn’t have that you can purchase a 36” or 48” hood and charge you extra when you check those if they don’t sell it in those lengths.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
