We love our ring doorbell. The video quality is great and notifications are in real time. Sound quality talking through the camera is also very good. I like the neighbors feature to see what is going on nearby as well.

Loved this doorbell camera for our apartment. Highly recommend getting one. We actually did have a few sketch people caught on camera and were able to also assist in catching a fake ups delivery man.

I like it, but you have to pay a monthly fee to have it record video, which I don't think is worth it. Overall it's good!

I love all my ring products!i have the doorbell and the spotlight cam. We have a lot of car breakins so this is amazing to help scare away and to monitor ur home when ur away or sleeping

Great for security!

This doorbell is great with providing alerts for security and has a great camera. The only negative I’d say is that it can be overly sensitive so you have to set the area you want it to view / sensitivity or you’ll get a ton of alerts.

Pretty cool

This is a great idea but my system has been acting up. it doesn’t always record and do sometimes I won’t be able to catch who rings my bell.

It sounds like your device is not consistently detecting motion when you have visitors at your home. Battery devices have a feature called motion frequency that can impact the alerts you receive. The Motion Frequency Controls help adjust the devices for repetitive patterns of motion. You can adjust this setting in the Ring app to ensure you receive all the alerts you want:
Tap the three lines on the top left.
Tap Devices.
Select the device you'd like to adjust.
Tap the Motion Settings tile.
Tap Advanced Settings.
Tap Frequently, Regularly or Periodically.
Tap Save in the upper right corner.
