A must for ease and comfort at home!

I work a weird schedule as a night shift nurse, and also watch way too much criminal minds… so this was a must. Makes me feel so much safer and creates much ease. I also ordered a case for mine that allowed it to attach to my apartment door without any holes. I highly recommend! Only downside to mine is that I live in an apartment that my outside door is in a hallway and I receive many notifications of movement, but I will gladly sift through notifications to feel safe!

Love my ring camera but lately I’ve been having trouble viewing my live feed when I answer a ring, not sure if it’s a software glitch or something but I still love the product.

Live View lets you stream real-time video from your Ring doorbells and security cameras on the Ring app or on Ring.com without a Ring Protect subscription. Both account owners and Shared Users can access Live View. If you have a Ring Protect subscription, you can get video recordings of Live View actions and events within one to two minutes. Here is a helpful support article that elaborates more on the settings needed to access this feature: https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/208144516-Using-Live-View. Please note that some features may require you to update your mobile device's operating software and download the latest version of the Ring app to access.
Ring Community launched in March 2019 to help deliver the most current news and educational information to our customers. Love the ring doorbell

I love my ring doorbell. I don’t know what I did before I had it. Not only do I know who’s at my door but when my mail and packages are delivered. I also subscribe to the Ring so that the videos are recorded and it provides a sense of security.

This is one of the best inventions of late. Replaces my old doorbell and gives added security protection. I love being able to not only see who is at my door and talk to them but also do it from any location. It’s a great way to prevent the awkward conversations with door to door salesmen and have extra security.

It does the job

It does the job as a door camera and the door bell. The door bell is somehow small to me. I have to turn on my phone in order to hear the ring from my phone (I don’t have Alexa so I cannot connect it to Alexa). But overall, it is a nice gadget that I have. Love it!

We've had this video doorbell for a little over a year and a half. It works really well and I'm pretty happy with it overall. I do wish that live view loaded more quickly, but that's totally a nitpick. Recordings are clear and audio is mostly decipherable.
