this video doorbell is great. since i tend to be awkward around strangers i tried to avoid answering the door as much as possible since i couldn’t see who it was but now i can. plus, if porch pirates make their way into my neighborhood, i’ll get them on video stealing my precious packages - usually shampoo/conditioner and generic allergy medication. they’ll be SO disappointed.

I like the idea of this doorbell but unfortunately it didn't live up to our expectations. We could see the area literally in front of the door but couldn't view faces as they were walking up. The video quality wasn't fantastic. Not to mention, the quality seriously deteriorates at night. There's also a lag between the time the camera picks up a face.

Ring devices require high-speed internet for the best possible video and audio experience. If you are getting less than 2Mbps, you can still enjoy the Ring experience, but you may notice lower video or audio quality or potentially delayed notification when using your device. This doorbell is extremely easy to install and comes with different colored cover cases to match your house. It has a great picture quality and noticed you anytime there is motion at your front door. Keeps the family safe.

Got this awhile ago and I love it. I get notified when their is motion at my door or someone rings the bell. Its an easy setup and easily adjustable. You can pick the distance it will pick up motion so not every car driving by sets it off. I have mine connected to my alexa which was also an easy set up. I like that I can check it anytime even without motion and being able to speak through it comes in handy as well.

I love having the Ring doorbell as an added protection for my home. I can check to see who's at my door before answering it, speak to the person through it, and know when I have received packages left on my porch. It records a history of the alerts I receive when I pay for the service, which is cheap and worth every penny, especially since I do most of my shopping online and have many deliveries. I only gave 4 stars because it needs to be hot wired so you don't have to worry about recharging the battery but other than that it works great.

Okay so I have one on the roof to see my whole back year the back door and I have me for the both front doors when I say convinces it is like my son always waits for his dad to get home and watches the cameras I love it everyone should have theses I know they are pricy but worth it

Love this product so simple and easy to use . Besides being able to see anybody that comes up to your house the network of neighbors that’s connected to it is a great feature. You can see any thefts or crimes or any unusual things going on in the neighborhood around you. If you lost a dog or found one you posted on your ring app and the network of people are there to help. You can make different zones that when somebody walks by it will notify you. The only downside I have had is that I saw the FedEx man pull up in his car, but it did not record him walking up to the house with the package. I’m changing the zones to see if that will help.
