The reason I didn't give it 5 stars is there is a delay from the time motion picks up and will sometimes not capture the movement in time of the beginning of the recording. Bell works great and the resolution is nice.

I bought this a month or so ago. I was concerned that I would need to wire it but there was no need. The clarity of the video is outstanding. I finally got the sensitivity figured out and it works perfectly. I often have packages delivered and am looking forward to keeping a closer eye on them.

It’s a great product. There is sometimes too much latency between when motion is detected or bell rung until it registers on our smart phone even with high speed internet and strong cell signal. I highly recommend the product. Even on battery only, it works well and lasts for months. The instructions for use of a 16-24V transformer (without doorbell) to power it are vague and contradictory and inconsistent with info given via phone (to wit is a resister needed inline?)

My only concern is the motion indicator. My Ring device is at it’s lowest setting but It’s still activating the camera beyond the the distance it’s set for.
