I’m so glad I have this and one for my back door too. It makes me feel safer when I am alone. I like I can talk to someone through it or listen in if they are talking. You must have a pretty good WiFi connection to reach further from your boxRing Wi Fi Smart Video Doorbell Venetian Bronze

Who's go while it lasted until someone broke it. I actually enjoyed this bring so much because I was able to see outside my door and it made me feel safe. It was very expensive before the time it was very worth I would totally recommend this.

I love this device. Protection is always a must it's nice to see who is walking up to your door before you even answer the door and you can also talk to them as well. They have a network system were you can see other things happening in the neighborhood around you it's always nice to stay alert.

I use this doorbell and my front door. I love being able to see who is at the door before I go open it. I can even talk to them through the device if I am not home. Though the product is quite expensive, it is worth it for the value! Overall, I highly recommend.

It does its job, sometimes not so well....but it works. There have been instances where it starts recording after someone has left the porch, and we get movement notifications all day even when nothing is there. Not thrilled with having to pay monthly for the ability to go back to view recordings. The thing we like most is the neighborhood alerts!

I used to own one of this ringsbell I was so excited to have one. I actually became super disappointed after installing it. It would have bad resolution and any time of movement (even a mosquito or a fly) will make it ring. I dont recommend this product at all. Please let me know who actually likes it and has had a totally different experience

We understand how important it is to have clear video from your security devices. This Ring Video Doorbell 2 is intended to deliver just that. By using one, you should be able to trust that the motion alerts are accurate and that video quality will be crisp. Although you may no longer own a Ring doorbell, we want to help wherever we can.
Poor video quality can sometimes be caused by a wifi issue. We will want to look at the connection between your wifi router and the Ring doorbell. The signal strength to your router is a key point for the connectivity of your Ring device. There are three main factors that can weaken your wifi strength:
1. Physical obstructions
2. Competing wifi networks
3. Other electronics
You can check your signal strength within the Ring app in the Device Health tile. The RSSI measurement is all the factors that are hurting your signal at the receiving point. While RSSI is measured on a scale of 0 to -99, there won't ever just be one cause that is the culprit for a low RSSI rating. To get the most from your Ring device, aim for a signal of between -40 (near perfect) and -70.
