This is a great addition to any home. Comes in handy in other situations like lockouts. Also the system sends notifications about things happening in the neighborhood.

We got this one and so far so good. But the only this is you have to pay extra if you want your videos saved. But I like it. Also it always needs to be charged.

I don’t have this but a friend does and they love their ring bell. U can see who it at u your door. The only thing they complain about it they have to charge it every two days. Not sure if there’s is defective or what but no other compliants that o know of. Ring Video Doorbell 2

We love our ring doorbell! It gives us the peace of mind while we are away knowing our property is protected. I love that it lets us know when it detects a person. My only recommendation is getting the video to play back more quickly. Sometimes it takes several minutes when you open the app.

I don’t know if I feel that my review is fair as the WiFi we receive in our subduction is awful & this little device relies on good service. We couldn’t ever see who was at our house when they were there, we would get notified fifteen minutes later if we got it at all. Nest is a much better choice in my opinion!

So long as there aren't any major underlying wifi issues, The Ring Video Doorbell 2 should remain connected to your wifi with little to no issue at all. Our team is here to help find a solution.
If you haven't already, we recommend temporarily powering your router down. Today's routers handle a lot of data, and can benefit from the occasion reboot.
You should only need to power it down for 1 minute or so. Once the wifi comes back online, your Ring devices will automatically reconnect, and performance should improve.
Should the tip above not improve the video issues, it may be due to distance, nearby interference, network limitations or a combination of these. All these factors play a big part in the overall connectivity and quality of the live video.

Recently got this doorbell for my house as an extra layer of protection. I love that I get notified anytime there is a person or motion at the front door. It is reasonably priced and easy to set up. I would recommend to anyone who lives alone or anyone who just wants the comfort of being able to watch who comes up to your house.

Love my ring doorbell. I feel so much safer just having it. It is nice to see who is coming and going. Plus, it is nice to see when packages arrive. No complaints over this product. More people need to have these for safety!
