Our ring works great sometimes has issues connecting when using the app, that may be a phone issue ... picture is clear... highly recommend the solar charging one

We have had the ring doorbell for awhile now and probably need to update because it drops connection a lot which is so annoying. I would improve this product by adding soMe sort of lighting for nighttime because at night you can’t see anything. I would recommend the latest version of this product.

Although they are rare, disconnects do occur and can usually be traced back to nearby interference or underlying network issues. Both of which are easily resolved with a few changes. A common solution to most network related problems is creating a guest network. You could then pair the Ring Doorbell 2 to the guest network to ensure the device remains online. Another thing to consider is wifi interference caused by nearby objects or materials. Things such as brick, metal, or stucco can diminish the wifi signal as it travels to your doorbell. Do you happen to have your doorbell mounted on any of these surfaces?

I am happy with the video quality on this device. That said, I frequently have trouble connecting to the camera and there is a substantial delay when the doorbell is rung.

Nice product. Decent viewing area to see what’s going on outside. Sound is clear when speaking with someone at your door. Definitely would recommend . We have 2 front and back doors.

Love this ring door bell, it helps keep us feeling safe at all times. The picture quality is great, even the night vision. The sound quality is also great. Its a little expensive but worth the price. The only thing that I think needs to be improved is the connection. It always laggs or doesn't want to turn on which is a major flaw when you really need to use it or see the video.

The free Rapid Ring app, developed by Ring, is a companion to the original Ring app that allows for a faster response to notifications or to enable a Live View faster. You can use the Ring app and Rapid Ring app in conjunction with one another and don't have to worry about interference with your devices. You can download the free Rapid Ring app at the App store (iOS - Apple) or Google Play Store (Android) and use the same email address and password that you use for your regular Ring app. Rapid Ring is a "light" version of the classic Ring app with most of the features stripped out except for the ability to activate a Live View and respond to an event as quickly as possible. By using the Rapid Ring app in conjunction with the original Ring app, you'll be able to answer your notifications as quickly as possible. Our Ring doorbell makes me feel more comfortable and secure when I’m home or away. We are able to watch live video and communicate with guest or delivery services!

I am 100% recommend this product because when you weren’t home you can see who is at your door you can answer and talk to them while they are at your door. it’s great for Christmas time so you can make sure that your packages and presents got there.

This is great small and mighty I love knowing I’m protected and I get updates for the Neghibor app it’s really great and I love the fact it’s a one time fee and that’s all it’s really worth it to feel safe
