This product works great. I love the battery option as well as we don’t have power to the doorbell. It does lose connection to our wifi at times but that’s not rings fault.

I really like the Ring doorbell. After our home got broken into last year, we immediately installed security including Ring and ADT. My only complaint is that I'm not getting notifications on my phone anymore after turning it on Aiken. I have to manually check it. Ring Video Doorbell 2

I really like our ring doorbell. We actually bought a whole system for our property. I do get frustrated with the number of notifications we get, as it appears to be very sensitive - even despite changing the settings!

Satisfied customer I moved my 1st generation Ring Doorbell to the back door and installed the Ring Doorbell 3 at the front door. The field of view, responsiveness, sound quality and quality of the picture are much, much better on the Ring Doorbell 3 than the first generation unit. It also limits the motion response to just the area I selected unlike the old unit that over responded and picked up the movement of cars and trucks more than 30 feet away even though I had adjusted it to be less responsive. I'm very satisfied with the new unit. Ring Video Doorbell 2

Great product, but could do with a nicer design. It’s kind of bulky and should have different options for a smaller size

My son got this for our family as a gift. I never knew I wanted one or that I was missing anything by not having one. I love being able to see who is coming over while I’m away or taking a peep at the live view to see what the weather is like at home while gone.

This design is much better then the first one. I like that you plug the whole thing in so no screw then releasing the battery then plugging in so that new upgrade was great. It’s still good quaLity and captures every movement
