Even on its lowest setting our ring goes off by cRs driving by and that kills the charge pretty quickly. It’s been a great asset to our home but we will eventually need to upgrade.

I love my Ring Video doorbell! It is great to be able to see if anything is coming up to my yard and door! Great when I’m busy and can’t answer the door too!

My husband and I love this device! It took a while for us to set it up and figure out where to place our doorbell speaker because placement was crucial. I highly recommend this product if WiFi is strong and there is a need for a door bell!

This is nice to let you know when someone is at the door but there is a delay and if your not at home and try to go live you have problems connecting. So only seems to work when I'm within the same network.

The quickest way to speed up Live View is to start using our Rapid Ring app. This new app is intended to connect you to your video events in a much quicker way than before.
To download the Rapid Ring app, please visit the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store. Once there, search for Rapid Ring and click on the blue logo with the white bell. Please note, you'll still need the original Ring app to make device changes and view video recordings.
If your experience doesn't improve, please test the internet connection between your router and the Ring app. Below is an article that goes into more detail.

We just got this and I’m enjoying it. I like how clear the picture is and how broad the camera view is. It really gives me peace of mind that nobody is snooping where they shouldn’t be.
