Innovation is consistent

Defiantly a good product and crime deterrent. The best part, in my opinion, is that Ring is an active company that consistently innovates. Even though you may be stuck with the specific doorbell you buy, the firmware and services are consistently updated. Big fan of the product and the company overall. Very user friendly and easy to set up.

Best purchase in a while!

I absolutely love our Ring Doorbell 2 (2nd generation). We decided to go with the unwired version and it was super easy to self install! I have to be honest, we didn't buy it due to crime, but because we live in Colorado and have a ton of wildlife in our neighborhood. I didn't want to miss seeing them. Sure, crime is everywhere and I do feel much more comfortable knowing that if anything does happen, it will be recorded. However, of all the doorbell cameras I researched the Ring doorbell seems to have the best quality picture and it certainly does not disappoint. It is very clear and concise. I had steered away from getting one for a while because I thought it had to be wired and in that case I would need professional installation. With the no wired version, it literally look me 5 min to unscrew our old doorbell and mount the Ring. I really appreciate that we can choose for it not to record our neighbors or cars just passing by. I recommend it to everyone....whether you are wanting to catch crime events or just see what is going on in your neighborhood. Oh, and did I mention you can even get updates of other neighbors activity and concerns if they choose to post it? Amazing!

Good camera

The app is really easy to use, it's just a simple tap. You can see who's at your front door without always looking at the app, it saves video of who was at your door. I just wished there was better video quality and wasn't a subscription for you to view old videos. The audio is pretty clear.

I highly recommend this device be a part of your home security

The camera was easy and quick to install. It has sharp video. The battery was a concern as I didn't have power to the device but I have had it is place for almost a year and have only had to charge it three times. The microphone on the device is capable of recording a normal conversation from more than fifty feet away. The app to access the recording and manage the device is extremely simple and intuitive to use.

Wish I got one earleir

Great product. Set up is very easy. I hard wired it to the house so we don't have to charge the battery. It's nice to be able to clearly see who is approaching the door and to keep an eye on packages while we are away from home.

I recommend this camera to everyone because the video quality is so amazing and it was extremely easy to install. The battery. Life is pretty good, but my favorite part is how it detect all motion.

Great image quality and motion detection. The membership is reasonable for 1 device. Installation was easy. I had the camera wired to the existing doorbell electrical outlet so we do not have to worry about battery life
