Great addition to our home

Straight out of the box set up and installation was very quick and easy to do. The Ring app is easy to navigate and the video and audio quality are great.
I find we have to charge around every 3 months and the battery charges quickly.
The motion detection is good and alerts us when someone steps onto our property, you can adjust the boundaries to how you want them. I wouldn’t be without it

Great images and audio from this door bell

Super easy to install and link to chime. Picture quality is excellent and great that I can detect any movement around my property with the motion detection. Being able to speak to whoever comes to my door is a plus and the audio clarity is excellent. Only negative is the having to charge the battery but I didn’t want to drill for a mains connected device so have to deal with this as was personal choice.

The video quality is great but does take sometime to load at times. The motion detection is great as caught two people stealing ladders of my husbands van.

Good doorbell

We have the wireless version of this doorbell and have found it very reliable, battery life lasts for ages when fully charged and it was really easy to install. We got one for my mother so we can all help keep an eye. Definitely gives us peace of mind when we’re out/she’s home alone. The picture quality is good, slightly delayed but that’s to be expected. We haven’t missed a parcel since we’ve had this!

A great security addition

As a user of the Ring Doorbell Camera, I have found it to be a reliable and convenient addition to my home security setup. The video quality is excellent, providing clear footage of any activity at my doorstep, day or night. The two-way audio feature allows me to communicate with visitors or delivery personnel, even when I'm not at home.
Installation was straightforward, and the Ring app is intuitive to use, allowing me to customize settings and receive instant notifications whenever motion is detected. The ability to review footage and save recordings to the cloud for later viewing gives me added peace of mind.
However, I have experienced occasional connectivity issues, which can be frustrating at times. Additionally, the subscription fee for cloud storage may deter some users, although the basic features are still useful without it. Also the battery life is a bit of issue. Depending on your usage and settings it may not last too long. I’m contemplating converting it to power connection.
Overall, it offers great value for its price and provides an added layer of security to my home. While there are some minor drawbacks, it remains a solid choice for anyone looking to enhance their home security system.

Great for Peace of Mind!

Video quality is fantastic, it was very easy to install with plenty of warning about when the battery is getting low. Easy to charge and doesn’t take too long. My only complaint is that no matter how much I change the motion zones, there is one area that doesn’t pick up motion - even though the zones show it’s covered!
