Love the options you have that links to your phone, I also like that you can link other cameras to it whether it’s inside or outside,
Battery life is really good, and video quality is really good.

For peace of mind

I installed the Ring Doorbell 2 several years ago, and we can't live without it. We have it hardwired, so we don't have to worry about charging the battery. It's connected to our alexa devices as well as our phones, so no matter where we are, we never miss a visitor at our home. It can detect if someone is delivering a parcel, which is a cool feature. You can select which zones you want it to detect so that it doesn't pick up cars driving by and only people entering onto your property. I always have the motion detection notification on for security purposes. I have additional CCTV surrounding my house, so I use RING in conjunction with that for total peace of mind. We pay for the annual subscription, so I have access to historical videos in case I can not view live footage. The RING doorbell has occasionally not detected a person, but this is very rare.

Does the job :) great camera

Easy to set up and install, works great when your not home to speak to delivery drivers and provide an extra bit of security to the house. Clarity is excellent, even at night. Sound quality is very good and it's clear when we are talking to someone outside. The battery lasts for ages. You do need to pay money a month for the ring package to get videos to save, but pretty worth the money!

Answer the door from anywhere

The ring doorbell is fantastic product that was easy to install. Great that you can set your motion boundaries and be able to see and answer your door from anywhere. The battery life is great and doesn't take that long to charge back up either. Good that you can log on from more than one device. Added safety of being able to see and answer your door without opening it

Couldn’t be without a video doorbell now! Even if it is just used by my other half to scare me half the time. It easy to use and the battery lasts ages! The only drawback is the subscription cost is quite high.

Great camera system

The ring doorbell is a must have to help keep your home protected! I've used mine for some time now and I love it. I love the fact I can talk to whoever is at the door as well so I can communicate with the postman when he's dropping off parcels and I'm not home or even for talking to the neighbours when I can be bothered seeing them face to face haha! Picture quality and sound quality is very good. Love the fact I can store the videos or movement being detected. Has a very good battery life and is easy to set up. Highly recommend

Good home motion camera but WiFi signal needs to be stronger

The ring doorbell is a great way to ensure a piece of mind when away from your property. The installation is very easy and video quality is good but only when picking up 100% network coverage. Mine is very close to the router indoors but signal is still very weak. The battery can last a good amount of time but if on a main road/alot of motion detection then battery runs down quickly so a hard wired is advised.
